Senior Software Engineers
A Development of the company's wireless LAN and
next generation wireless products (WiMAX/WiBro) by leading efforts
of specifying, planning, implementing and testing of
IP wireless switch/router. The candidate will need to
be hands-on with strong programming skills on
embedded systems. Must have strong analytical skill
as well as system level problem-solving techniques
and responsible for delivering the software on time,
developing test plans with QA team and generating
HLD/LLD documents.
Qualification:
BS or MS in EE/CE/CS or equivalent with 5+ years of hands-on experience
2+ years of experience with NPU
Strong in C/C++ programming on RISC processors
Experience in IP LAN switch/router development with RTOS platforms
Experience in IEEE802.11(WLAN), IEEE802.16(WiMAX) protocol based development
Track record of developing and supporting for the entire product cycle
Preferred:
Knowledge of WLAN Security RADIUS, 802.1x, etc)
Knowledge of and VLAN, VPN, NAT, Firewalls (DoS, SPI, Content Filtering, Access Policies), DHCP, etc.

NMS Software Engineers
Air Broadband Communications is looking for a motivated self starter to design and develop next generation wireless switch product.
The candidate MUST have intimate knowledge of C/C++, JAVA and SQL in developing Network Management System.
Qualification:
BS or MS in EE/ECE/CS with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large scale of NMS development
Extensive experience with JBuilder, JDBC, JAVA Swing, RMI and databases (Oracle, MySQL, SyBase)
Prior experience with various management platforms and SNMP protocols with API tools
Track record of developing and supporting for the product cycles
Experience and knowledge in wireless management (WLAN & WiMAX) is definitely a plus
Preferred:
Experience in designing and developing GUI with tools
Experience working closely with product management and customers
Programming skills with web based technologies such as HTML, XML, JSP/Servlet
Knowledge of Microsoft .NET framework (C/C++/C#)
System Test Engineers
Contribute to the development of the company's WLAN/WiMAX products by performing system integration and verification testing.
Strong knowledge of Network devices (switches, routers, etc.), LAN communication stacks and client / server
test software and debugging tools is essential. Must have strong analytical skill as well as various problem-solving
techniques for LAN operating environment. Familiar with Linux, UNIX, and Windows based operating Systems.
Responsible for developing test plans and procedures, constructing and performing test suites, test automation,
and generating test result documents.
Qualification:
BSEE, BSCE or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Performs low level functionality tests, driver, firmware and hardware system integration tests, usability tests DS network interface cards, and performance and reliability testing for network infrastructure products and configuration tools. This includes constructing, assembling, and configuring test equipment, performing tests, and generating and tracking product variances.
Develops test plans and procedures. Participates in Peer Reviews of test plans and procedures.
Automates tests using scripting languages (TCL, Expect, Perl, etc.)
Writes project documentation including test plans, procedures, test results, summary and status reports, and final test reports.
Assists project teams in investigations of system problems.
Skills:
Test Engineer must have a working knowledge of basic computer networking and configuration of clients, IP addressing schemes.
Knowledge of WLAN Security (RADIUS, 802.1x, etc)
Knowledge of and experience in testing VLANs, VPN, NAT, Firewalls(DoS, SPI, Content Filtering, Access Policies), Security Protocols(SSL, HTTPS), DHCP servers, configuring switches, routers
Familiar with the network protocol layers and how they interact, TCP/IP, 802.3, 802.11
Knowledge of network analyzers such as EtherPeak, Sniffer, LANWatch, and network test tools such as Smartbits, IXIA 1600
Install/uninstall Operating Systems, services (such as IIS 4.0, Authentication servics for WLAN security and TFTP Services), drivers, and utilities for DOS, Windows, Win 95/98, Win NT, 2K, XP, Linux
Experience and knowledge with wireless roaming and handoff is a PLUS
Experience and knowledge with IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.) is a PLUS
Hardware Development Engineer
Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for IEEE 802.11
and 802.16 switch & router products. Modify, test and maintain the existing Wi-Fi switch products.
Develop WiMAX (IEEE 802.16d/e) mobile router & base station products on both
board and chassis levels. Design high-speed digital embedded system using ARM RISC processors,
DRAM/SRAM, network MAC and PHY devices. Perform timing analysis at board and systems levels.
Take completed products to UL, FCC, NEBS compliant tests and other certifications.
Qualification:
BS or MS in EE/ECE/CS with 2+ years of hands-on experience in board level development
Experience with VHDL
Skills:
Prior experience in designing and developing boards with processor
Schematic designing with ViewLogic
Programming FPGA/EPLD (Xilinx, Lettice, Altera etc.)
Experience working closely with product management and customers
Lab Technician
A highly-motivated individual who can assist other engineers,
well-organized, and detail oriented.
Qualification:
2+ years of relevant experience
Office Manager
A highly-motivated individual who is friendly, good in dealing with people,
well-organized, and detail oriented. The office manager will be responsible
for overall multi-task handling the daily office administrations, including
benefit management, office supply procurement & purchase order handling.
Qualification:
2+ years of relevant experience
Skills:
MS Office proficiency is required
Must be able to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities without daily supervision
Good communication skill, creativity and enthusiasm are essential
Bilingual is a big plus
